Changed the registry LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy to 1.

Changed the Registry UAC control (LUA) to 0.

Checked credentials for sharing - able to see and access the desktop computer via windows explorer.

Checked credentials for log in on desktop - work, and it is an admin account.

Server log in is an administrator account and I am using "run as admin"
